Weichert Realtors was established in 1969 by Jim Weichert when he opened the company’s first office in Chatham, New Jersey. Today, headquartered in Morris Plains, New Jersey, Weichert has grown from a single residential real estate office to a family of national companies dedicated to providing real estate, financial services, mortgages, and home and title insurance services. Weichert Realtors – The first Weichert Realtors office was opened in Chatham, New Jersey in 1969. Weichert Real Estate Affiliates – Weichert Real Estate Affiliates was established in 2001 to serve as the franchise arm of the Weichert residential brokerage business and expand the company from a regional brokerage to a national real estate network. Today, Weichert Real Estate Affiliates has nearly 300 independently owned and operated franchise offices in 35 states.
Weichert Financial Services –Weichert Financial Services was established in 1980. Through the Weichert “Gold Services” program, Weichert Financial Services acts as a one-stop shopping destination for customers in need of mortgage, insurance, title and home connection services.
Weichert Relocation Resources, Inc. (WRRI) – Founded in 1985, Weichert Relocation Resources is one of the world’s leading relocation companies. With offices across the U.S., Canada, England and Hong Kong, WRRI delivers a host of workforce management services for over 500 corporate clients and their employees in more than 130 countries.
Weichert Commercial Brokerage, Inc. - A commercial brokerage company with offices throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania, Weichert Commercial specializes in office, industrial, retail, investment, tenant and commercial land brokerage services. Weichert Referral Associates do not list or sell real estate directly but instead refer customers to full service agents.
Weichert Real Estate School – Founded in 1980, the Weichert Real Estate School is among the nation’s largest real estate schools and offers a blend of live and online courses for pre-license, post-license and continuing education training in 44 states.
