Issues to be aware of when getting a home inspection
As home inspection companies as well as the homes they inspect differ, there are often some items that you might want to be aware of and look out for to make sure you are not surprised when you do your final walk through or the first day you move into your new home.
If the home is not vacant when you are walking through for the first time make sure you take a note of the general conditions of the interior. Often and without realizing it, home owners may place items like paintings in front of wall damage and may have long forgotten that they did that.
When the home inspector inspects the home, if there are furnishings in the way, they will oftenmake a note of that. Remember that in many areas Home Inspectors do not move or relocate items that are present in a home they are inspecting. Often when they do this, items end up getting damaged and they may have to end up replacing them. So pay attention to this if it is listed in the report. Remember to try and look behind furniture and paintings as sometimes you will find long forgotten holes or damage present. If that is the case, remember that simple drywall repairs are not costly, but the point is, you want to try to eliminate for yourself any surprises.

Warning, watch out for this website QuiBids
Now if you think about it carefully. For this ipad to get to $169.00 at a penny per bid it takes 16,900 bids. They are selling these bids for .60 cents each. So this website actually made $10,140.00 from a product that sells retail at $499 direct from apple.
Oh and also, any money you spend on your bids...if you don't win...is lost.
So i'm writing this as a warning to those who come across this website. Becareful of the scams that are out there.
Does anyone else out there have any experience with this website?
Personally, it's not an auctioning website, its more like a gambling website and you are gambling that you might or might not win. Either way you loose the money if you don't win. So you might want to stick with something like Ebay where you don't pay any money unless you win and then you pay the price of the item you bought.
Please pass this around. There appear to be a lot of people getting taken by this money making scheme.
As Entrepreneurs we always have to remember that when we are creating products for the consumer just because something CAN be done does not mean that it SHOULD be done.
